Biography

Dr. Woodburn is a highly accomplished Radiation Oncologist with nearly three decades of experience in the field.  In addition to providing exceptional care to the patients of Northwest Indiana, he has developed programs and served as the Director of Radiation Oncology at several hospitals in the region.  Outside his work in the clinic and hospital settings, Dr. Woodburn has helped advanced treatment options for patients undergoing radiation as the inventor of several medical devices utilized worldwide. 

From his upbringing in NW Indiana, as the son of a Medical Oncologist, through his education and residency at the Indiana University Medical Center, to his work in patient care, leading hospital programs, and inventing medical devices, Dr. Woodburn has dedicated his professional life to helping the people of NW Indiana receive the healthcare they deserve.  

Dr. Woodburn compassionately treats patients with a wide variety of diagnosis' at St. Mary's Medical Center in Hobart.
